  • Location: Across the Maltese Islands

    We’re looking for a proactive and personable Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This role is all about building strong, lasting relationships with groceries, supermarkets and retail outlets across Malta, representing a diverse portfolio of products with care and consistency.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Visiting clients weekly to maintain trusted relationships and identify new opportunities

    • Understanding client needs and recommending the right products to match

    • Ensuring our products are well-placed, visible, and readily available on shelves

    • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform your approach

    • Processing orders accurately and coordinating smooth, timely deliveries

    • Supporting clients with product knowledge so they can better serve their customers

    • Sharing ideas and insights to help us grow sales in a sustainable, strategic way

    • Keeping clear records and updating the Sales Director regularly

     

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Have strong communication and negotiation skills

    • Are confident working independently and focused on achieving results

    • Enjoy building genuine relationships with people

    • Are organised, reliable, and good at managing your time

    • Have a good grasp of retail operations and product positioning

    • Have previous experience in a sales or retail role - this would be a strong asset, but not essential

    • Are fluent in English (Maltese is a plus)

    • Hold a valid driving licence and are familiar with driving across Malta

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Visiting hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare settings to promote our portfolio

    • Building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders

    • Developing new client connections while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships

    • Sharing in-depth scientific knowledge of our products and how they compare in the market

    • Supporting product launches, promotions, and brand visibility in the local market

    • Representing the company at relevant events and conferences, both locally and abroad

    • Collaborating with fellow brand representatives and reporting directly to the Brand Manager

    • Contributing ideas and insights to improve our approach and strengthen our presence

    • Working to meet and exceed agreed sales and profitability goals

     

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Have previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or wellness-related sales (this is a strong advantage)

    • Hold a qualification in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, or a related scientific field (this is essential)

    • Are confident working independently and focused on delivering meaningful results

    • Communicate clearly and respectfully, earning trust through consistent service

    • Are highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills

    • Are fluent in English (Maltese is considered an asset)

    • Hold a valid driving licence and are comfortable travelling around Malta

    • Are naturally people-oriented, able to build rapport and long-term professional relationships
